By accessing the TAUBOX website, using a TauBox device, deploying TauOS, enabling TauAI features, or receiving related services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the products or services on behalf of an organization, you also represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

“TauBox” 指 TAUBOX 品牌的硬件设备、官方网站、配套软件和支持服务；“TauAI” 指在 TauBox 或相关软件环境中提供的 语义搜索、转录、摘要、问答、媒体分类和模型推理等 AI 功能；“TauOS” 指 TAUBOX 提供的设备操作系统与管理层能力。

“TauBox” refers to TAUBOX-branded hardware, websites, companion software, and support services. “TauAI” refers to AI capabilities such as semantic search, transcription, summarization, question answering, media classification, and model inference provided on TauBox devices or related software environments. “TauOS” refers to the device operating system and management layer offered by TAUBOX.

• 不得将 TauBox、TauAI 或 TauOS 用于违法活动、侵权传播、恶意攻击、骚扰、欺诈或规避安全限制。
• 不得将 TauAI 输出冒充人工审查结论，或用于需要专业资质保障但未经过人工复核的高风险决策。
• 不得利用产品实施未授权监控、隐私侵害、面部识别滥用、生物特征滥用或其他对他人造成实质伤害的行为。
• 不得破坏、逆向攻击、超量抓取或试图绕过 TAUBOX 的安全与访问控制机制。

• You may not use TauBox, TauAI, or TauOS for unlawful activity, infringement, attacks, harassment, fraud, or circumvention of security controls.
• You may not present TauAI output as a substitute for human review where material risk, regulated decision-making, or qualified professional judgment is required.
• You may not use the products for unauthorized surveillance, privacy invasion, facial-recognition abuse, biometric misuse, or other harmful conduct.
• You may not interfere with, overload, scrape excessively from, reverse-attack, or bypass TAUBOX security and access restrictions.

TauAI 旨在帮助您处理本地内容，但 AI 输出可能包含错误、遗漏、偏差、过时信息或不完整引用。无论模型是在本地运行还是 通过外部集成调用，您都应对输入内容、输出使用方式、数据来源合法性以及后续业务决策负责。

TauAI is designed to assist with local content workflows, but AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or poorly cited. Whether a model runs locally or through an external integration, the user remains responsible for the legality of the input data, the way outputs are used, and any downstream business or personal decisions.

TauOS 0.3RC 属于候选发布版，仍处于正式稳定版发布前的验证阶段。某些 TauAI、TauOS 或开发者相关能力也可能以预览、 Beta 或实验性功能形式提供。此类功能可能随时调整、暂停、替换或下线，并可能包含已知或未知缺陷。

TauOS 0.3RC is a release-candidate build and remains in validation ahead of a stable public release. Certain TauAI, TauOS, or developer-facing capabilities may also be offered as preview, beta, or experimental features. Those features may change, pause, be replaced, or be discontinued at any time, and they may contain known or unknown defects.

若您通过授权渠道购买设备、申请企业支持或签署商业合同，价格、交付、税费、保修、SLA、退款和售后安排应优先适用对应 订单、渠道协议、保修政策或企业服务文件。本页面不替代具体采购文件。

If you purchase devices through an authorized channel, request enterprise support, or sign a commercial contract, pricing, delivery, taxes, warranty terms, SLAs, refunds, and after-sales support are governed first by the applicable order, reseller agreement, warranty policy, or enterprise services document. This page does not replace those specific commercial documents.

TAUBOX, TauBox, TauAI, TauOS, and related branding, designs, documentation, and software materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source components included in or used by the products remain subject to their own licenses. You must comply with the relevant license terms, attribution requirements, and copyright notices.

若您违反这些条款、危害其他用户或 TAUBOX 基础设施、或引发法律与合规风险，我们可在合理范围内限制或终止相关访问、 支持或服务。我们也可能因产品迭代、法规变化或商业安排更新本条款；更新后继续使用即表示接受修订内容。

We may limit or terminate relevant access, support, or services where a user violates these Terms, harms other users or TAUBOX infrastructure, or creates legal or compliance risk. We may also update these Terms as products evolve, laws change, or commercial arrangements change. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised version.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, website content, preview features, release-candidate software, and AI outputs are provided on an “as is” basis. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, TAUBOX does not guarantee a particular commercial result, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
